Adding the financial expertise and power of Virtus Partners

In April 2017, Alphakinetic was acquired by Virtus Partners Holdings, LLC which allows us to bring the expertise of Virtus Partners and their reliable compliance engine to Glide. Making a great system even better.

Its global offering extends across collateral administration services for structured transactions, middle office outsourcing, syndicated loan data, fund administration, loan agency, and settlements. Today, the company administers over $300 billion in global assets across its platform.
